As part of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute’s Well-Being Concerts series, I will accompany Brooklyn-based flutist Annie Wu in presenting her latest classical album Not Too Sweet — named after the cheeky Chinese phrase for the perfect dessert — in a show of flute and piano music interwoven with personal stories about nostalgia, memory, and childhood.
